the staff spoke Russian during the day, it was quite useful. I found free teas and coffee in the room and complimentary water, this was a great addition. Bus H6 took me to the airport swiftly in about fifteen minutes, it was very convenient.
soundproofing was not great, i could hear a bit of noise from outside.

i stayed in a beautiful double or twin room. the room included sufficient towels and toiletries. there were several shops nearby. the hotel arranged a taxi via whatsapp prior to my arrival and it was coordinated well.
the hotel could have been a bit closer to the airport.

The staff were helpful and arranged our airport transfer quickly. Our room had a fridge and a kettle, which i found very convenient for a short stay. I could easily make coffee. I liked that the hotel reached out via whatsapp beforehand. It allowed me to ask questions, this really helped.
The soundproofing was minimal, so i could hear noise from outside and neighboring rooms, earplugs would definitely be a good idea.

The staff offered friendly, professional service and helped arrange the airport transfer. They also assisted with printing boarding passes (a GREAT help!). The reception staff knew multiple languages.
